Attorney Hamlin has handled and tried complex civil litigation in Pennsylvania and New York, including disputes involving business representation on insurance coverage issues, corporate control, restrictive covenants, ERISA claims, commercial leases, professional negligence and contracts and estate matters. He has tried such complex litigation matters before state and federal trial and appellate courts in Pennsylvania and New York, including the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
